One person has died following a crash in Rotorua.
Emergency services are in attendance at the crash at the intersection of Edmund and Clayton roads.
Police were notified of the crash, which occurred between a truck and a motorcycle, around 11.20am.
One person has died at the scene and the Serious Crash Unit is in attendance.
A Northern Fire Communications spokesman said two fire trucks were in attendance.
An NZME reporter at the scene said at least six police cars were present.
"An ambulance has just left. It's directly outside Western Heights Primary School."
She said the wreckage of a motorcycle could be seen in the middle of the road.
Local diversions are in place.
The fatality brings the Easter Holiday road toll to three.
A child was killed after a crash on the Desert Rd in Waikato about 3.30pm Friday. One person remains in Waikato Hospital's High Dependency Unit and a child has been transported to Auckland's Starship Hospital.
One person also died following a crash in southern Bay of Plenty between Pokuru Rd and Tirohanga Rd at 10.52am.
A crash on Friday morning south of Matamata on SH27 and SH 29 has left one female adult in a critical condition at Waikato hospital.
Three children were also involved in the accident but are in a stable condition.
