Office Manager - Bay of Plenty Are you an organised, efficient, admin whizz?
NZME. Bay of Plenty is looking for an office manager to provide high quality administration support to the GM Bay of Plenty, Advertising Manager and Sales Manager roles who work across our Tauranga and Rotorua sites (travel across both locations willbe required at times).
You will need to be a very detail orientated, highly organized person with a flair for multi-tasking. Our business survives on deadlines so time management is essential plus a calmness to prioritise and meet whatever challenge is given, on time and accurately with quite often self-direction and limited supervision to completing certain projects.
Your computer skills need to exhibit a high level knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software.
People skills are a must as you will pro-actively manage contra client relationships, contractual obligations and general office requirements across the wider Bay of Plenty region and to NZME business within the region.
You must be able to demonstrate : • Good judgement and decision making. • Self-leadership and a positive team player attitude. • Work organisation and planning. • Influencing and negotiation skills. • Change and innovation focus.
