Karldon Trust provides community support services to adult mental health clients in Rotorua.
We are looking for a talented Administrator who can hit the ground running and slot easily into our team.
The position is varied and challenging and requires a proactive person with bucket loads of initiative to undertakethe day to day administration and management support functions of the Trust.
The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task successfully, pay attention to detail, have strong communication and people skills and must be trustworthy and reliable. They will be highly organised and have the ability to develop, implement and maintain systems and workflows. Proven experience with Xero and Crystal Payroll or similar; PAYE, GST and the Microsoft programmes is essential. Police vetting is a requirement of this position.
