The North Island's east coast has been rocked by another earthquake this evening.
GeoNet said the 31km-deep magnitude 4.0 quake struck 25km west of Tolaga Bay at 8.15pm.
Some 85 people reported feeling the quake.
It comes after a magnitude 4.5 quake shook Gisborne early this afternoon.

GeoNet said the "moderate" 20km-deep quake struck 10km northwest of Gisborne at 12.02pm.
More than 70 people had reported feeling that quake, with most describing it as light or weak in intensity.
Gisborne police and the Fire Service had not received any call outs for damage related to the earlier quake.
