An alleged accomplice arrested after a gang shooting in the northern Hawke's Bay town of Wairoa on Sunday was released on bail after appearing in Gisborne District Court today.
Charlie Jonan Duncan, 18, is charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
She entered no plea and was remanded on bail to reappear in Wairoa District Court on March 10.
Duncan was bailed to a Hawke's Bay address under a 7pm to 7am curfew, was prohibited from contacting the injured man, and was not to enter Wairoa unless attending court.
The alleged gunman, a Black Power member, will appear in Gisborne District Court tomorrow.
The victim, a Mongrel Mob member neighbour of the accused, remains in a serious condition in Hawke's Bay Hospital's intensive care unit.
