Missing woman with Alzheimers found safe

A 72-year-old woman with Alzheimers who went missing overnight has been found.

Police this morning appealed for sightings of Glen Eden woman Minnie Holloway.

She had since been found safe and well, they said.

Holloway was last seen at her home in Solar Rd about 9pm last night.

About 1am, one of her family members noticed she was no longer inside the house and raised the alarm.

Holloway normally only walks short distances, however she may have become lost or confused.
