A man has been arrested in Christchurch over two separate armed hold-ups at services stations in the past week.
The 20-year-old will appear in Christchurch District Court this morning facing charges of aggravated robbery.
He was arrested in the city yesterday afternoon, police said.
The charges relate to an aggravated robbery at the Caltex Russley service station in the early hours of Tuesday last week, and an aggravated robbery at the Mobil redwood service station on Thursday night.
The man also faces a charge in relation to an incident on Thursday at the Harewood Road Super Liquor store, Detective Sergeant Joel Syme said.
