EXHIBITOR space at the Wairarapa Home Show has sold out for the first time in its four-year history.
Aimed at homeowners, builders and renovators, the show is taking over the Masterton Recreation Centre this weekend.
Thirty-four exhibitors and around 50 new building products will feature as well as demonstrations and seminars on
painting, tiling, curtain treatments and carpet cleaning.
Greytown's Salut? cafe restaurant will be on site and sponsors Classic FM are hosting a pool party for children in the Recreation Centre's pool.
Punters can expect to see new and hard-to-find products as well as sawing, nailing and rewiring competitions, which event promoter Mark Harris said will "create a bit of fun for people".
Many key trade names are involved in the event, including major sponsor Carters alongside a raft of Wairarapa businesses.
Mr Harris expects up to 4000 people from throughout Wairarapa, Wellington and Manawatu at the two-day event. Doors will be open from 10am-4.30pm, Saturday, July 21, and from 10am- 4pm, Sunday, July 22.
