Home Base Support Services Manager & Head Nurse
Te Puna Ora o Mataatua, based in Whakatane, is a highly successful provider of a range of health and social services delivered through a kaupapa Maori framework across the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
We are inviting applications for the full-time permanent position of Home Base Support Services Manager & Head Nurse.
This position will be responsible for managing and delivering the Home Base Support Service including:
• oversight of personal and household
management care plans
• leading a small team of staff (5.0 FTE)
• coordinating a team of over 150 support workers
• systems and financial management
To be successful in this role the person will need have strong leadership and organisational skills, experience in client management and clinical practice and a desire to make a significant contribution to better health and social outcomes for Māori.
