Hokitika: whip up your appetite

Tickets for Hokitika Wildfoods Festival's 15th anniversary show have gone on sale .

The March 13 festival will feature pigs' ears and marinated hares' testicles with bull semen shots.

For the less adventurous there will be rabbit pate, pickled seaweed, chicken feet and dandelion delight, chicken livers, hearts and gizzards and swordfish steaks.

Festival organisers have signed new acts for the entertainment programme, from country, Latin and jazz to Celtic rock and African marimba.
