Business Development and Relationship Manager
Eastern Bay Primary Health Alliance (EBPHA) has a vacancy for a Business Development and Relationship Manager. This role is responsible for the management of service Providers and Funders, with a key responsibility of establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships to ensure that healthcare plans are delivered in a timely and expert manner. The role is also responsible for business development through providing strategic leadership and maximising the development of new business opportunities for the EBPHA.
The key responsibilities are to:
• Achieve health outcome targets as described in the strategic intent;
• Manage delivery of healthcare contracts through clinical teams and service Providers;
• Provide strategic leadership for the development of new business opportunities on behalf of the EBPHA; and
• To identify new and improved processes which result in improved performance of existing services.
As this is a senior role, the successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree or higher in business, education or health related discipline, and/or experience at a managerial level leading teams within the health sector, with a track record of demonstrable success.
