Capital Tractors & Machinery is a privately owned company situated in Pyes Pa, Tauranga.
A Dynamic Salesman is required for our busy operation. We are looking for the right person with the right attitude who will be a fit with our team and have our clients' long term interests at heart, with a strong understanding of NZ horticulture and agricultural farming marketplaces.
You will be responsible for growing the business and building market share, demonstrating and discussing tractors, machinery, mowers etc. and ensuring our customers total satisfaction
The key skills required for this role include: previous experience selling horticulture/agriculture equipment, a qualification or considerable experience in a mechanical field or horticultural sector would be considered an advantage.
We will offer the Successful Applicant; the usual accoutrements of a salesman's role, vehicle, phone etc, full training on products where necessary, and a generous package including base salary and an uncapped commission structure that will recognise your efforts and success.
