Twelve Month Fixed Term Employment Agreement

The Western Bay of Plenty Primary Health Organisation Delivers a Range of Primary Health Care Services across the Western Bay of Plenty.

The Western Bay of Plenty Primary Health Organisation Requires the Services of a Dietitian to Lead, Coordinate and Deliver Community Based Self-Management Groups.

The Role will Primarily be Focused on the Successful Planning, Coordination and Delivery of Self-Management Groups for Diabetes, CVD Risk Reduction and Weight Management.

Applicants will need to be a Registered Dietitian with Successful Experience in Managing Groups. They will Work in Close Association with a Multi-Disciplinary Team which includes a Community Dietitian.

Cultural and Information Technology Competencies will be an advantage.
