Expansion of our Engineering and Production departments is being undertaken to enable us to deliver on our innovation strategy and ambitious growth targets. We are now recruiting for the following positions:
Engineering Manager
In this role you will provide technical direction and business guidance to a multi-disciplined engineering team in order to achieve organisational product and market strategies on time. This will be achieved through sound project management methodologies, robust research and field testing, collaboration with external service providers, practical manufacturing solutions and continuous improvement in all areas.
Senior Development Engineers
We are looking for experienced Software and Firmware Engineers for the development, design and prototyping of new and existing products. Experience with mobile software, sensor and wireless technology is essential.
Testing & Technical Support
This position provides support to the engineering and production teams by assisting the engineers with prototypes and designs, product testing, component sourcing, maintenance of test equipment, drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical writing and responding to general product and manufacturing enquiries.
Production Lead Hand
We require a leading hand to support our Production Supervisor in leading and managing the Production Assembly team. In this role you will ensure the quality of manufactured Bluelab products, while fostering and developing a cohesive production team and driving for continuous improvement.
