10-pin bowling alley looms

TWO Masterton businessmen are bringing 10-pin bowling to Masterton. Darren Pilcher, right, of Wairarapa Laundry and Wairarapa Drycleaning, and Doug Fleming, part-owner of Regent 3 Cinemas, have purchased the bowling equipment and are now looking for a suitable venue.
"We thought it would be something else for Masterton people to do," Mr Pilcher said.
He said the facility would house between 10 and 12 lanes.
