1. Sileni Estates Nano
Here's the perfect single-serve format wine that comes with its own plastic glass. The all-in-one glass and bottle contains 187 ml of pinot noir, sauvignon blanc or a French grenache rosé and is protected with a hygiene seal and has a 24-month shelf life. The sauvignon is from Marlborough and the pinot from Hawkes Bay.
3. 2014 Aronui Pinot Gris
From a single vineyard in Upper Moutere Nelson and already garnering a handful
of awards, this wine is a concentrated and powerful expression of a popular
varietal. It's bright pale green with a hint of bronze in the glass. It has a layered texture and distinct flavours of ripe pears, apple and brioche, with natural fruity sweetness.
An ideal lunch wine and perfect paired with light
pasta or fish and salad.
3. Daniel Le Brun, Methode Traditionelle Brut NV
From Marlborough and created from classic grape varietals of chardonnay and pinot noir. Once the wine is blended it undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, after which it gains complexity by sitting on its yeast lees until disgorging and release. Aromas of crisp granny smith apples, brioche and lemon zest with primary fruit flavours and an understated yeastiness. Fine delicate mousse and lovely dry finish.
