She added: "When will this go away? Nothing happened and it was a mistake.
"I have never seen him again and just want to forget about it. I just want to get on with my life."
And after closing her cafe for the day, she headed to the nearby chippy for a fish and chip supper.
Bolton, who has run the cafe since 2015, previously told how she was "mortified" at her drunken antics.
She also said how she was egged on to gyrate on Edmondson's lap by his stag-do pals - because he was upset at leaving his pregnant fiancee at home.
In a series of Facebook posts, she said: "I am absolutely mortified.
"What started as a bit of drunken madness has gone worldwide.
"I am horrified but absolutely nothing happened.
"I haven't stopped crying since I saw it. I am so embarrassed!"
One pal replied: "It will be good for business. People will be coming in for a sandwich and sex!"
Cafe owner Bolton made the comments to friends on social media before deleting her page.
Tracey's boyfriend, Nick McGarry, is standing by her after the incident.
Footage of Bolton and Edmondson went viral, with the chef, from Windermere, asking fellow passengers for a condom.
A friend said Edmondson was known as a "ladies' man" despite being engaged to 25-year-old Jenna Ross, who is also standing by him.
Bolton split up from her long-term partner Darren Williams and sold the family home about eight months ago.
