His dream of becoming a porn star may finally be about to come true.

According to TheLADBible, a producer has offered to work with Roberto and his 18.9-inch friend on a doctors-and-nurses-themed porn film.

"We would fly him over to Prague and he can come see our doctors and nurses at our FakeHospital.com," the man said.

"He would have the time of his life. Everyone would want to see the scene for sure."

Cabrera, 54, recently turned down a reduction operation on his penis with the hopes of pursuing a career in the porn industry.

"I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money over there (USA)," he explained to Barcroft TV last week.

"And the people are not like over here, they are more liberal. They don't care about what I have in my pants."

Cabrera had been hoping for recognition by Guinness World Records but had to settle for the less famous certifier after Guinness confirmed it had no category for penis size.

The World Record Academy stepped in after Mr Cabrera shared his story with a local journalist in an interview that was picked up by the world press.

He told how his condition had ruined his life, preventing him from having a relationship and even getting a job.

"I cannot do anything, I cannot work, and I am disabled so I want authorities to declare me as a disabled person and give me support."

He had never had a long-term girlfriend, let alone a wife.
