Makes 12 
 
100g butter, plus 20gm extra
1 Tbs honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest, finely grated
100g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
Icing sugar
 
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and honey together over a gentle heat. Let cool.
