Men In Black II the movie repeats the formula of a government agency, represented by Messrs Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, who are tasked with protecting New York from the aliens who roam in human disguise. There are more lines for Frank,
the wise-talking dog, new entrants like the 600ft-tall Jeffrey, who lives in the subway tunnels, and the little Worm Guys.
Oh, and a new foe, Serleena (Lara Flynn Boyle), who is dressed to support a convenient storyline that she is a tentacled evil alien who has returned to Earth disguised as a Victoria's Secret model. She and her two-headed pal, Scrad (Johnny Knoxville), are looking for a special light that has been hidden since 1978.
The only agent who knows where it is is Agent Kay (Jones) who has quit the Men in Black after having his memory erased. Under orders from his boss Zed (Rip Torn), Agent Jay (Smith) convinces Kay to return to the agency, have his memory restored and save the world from Serleena.
