Serves 4
2 Tbs yellow miso paste
1 litre water
½ Tbs fish sauce
1 sheet of nori, torn or cup seaweed pieces
100 gm soba noodles
2 tsp butter
½ tsp sesame oil
12 scallops
Coriander and spring onions to garnish
1 Whisk the miso into the water and bring to a simmer in a saucepan.
