Supermodel Heidi Klum will make her first visit to New Zealand next week, gracing Auckland during an action packed two-day tour.
The leggy lingerie model will touch down next Thursday afternoon on the back of a flying visit to Australia, showing off her very first Bendon campaign, Heidi Klum Intimates and Heidi by Heidi Klum. The collection lands in stores this month.
She will be welcomed to New Zealand at an exclusive VIP event at SkyCity on Thursday evening, with politicians and other Kiwi stars on the guest list. The New Zealand Herald will film an interview with Heidi on the red carpet ahead of the event.
However, on the eve of her arrival, Viva will feature an exclusive pre-interview with Heidi in Wednesday's NZ Herald.
On Friday morning the Project Runway host will be tied up with breakfast radio and television commitments before meeting local fashion media for high tea in the SkyTower Conservatory.
She will visit the new Bendon store at Newmarket and meet with competition winners before jetting out on Friday night.
The Herald online has been told there is no time for sightseeing or "trips to Waiheke" for 41-year-old Hiedi, but we've also heard whispers there's already plans for the German beauty to return.
Heidi lands in Sydney on Sunday - just before Australia Day. Her diary includes a promotional visit to Bondi's Icebergs Dining Room, a meet-and-greet at Melbourne Burke Street Mall, an in-store signing and an intimate media dinner.
She appears to be getting excited about her trip, posting pictures of a 1999 tour to Australia on Twitter, saying she "can't wait to boomerang back".
The series of holiday snaps show the then 26-year-old posing with a Koala, a kangaroo and on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
"Will be doing this again too!!!!!" she said on a picture of her climbing the famous landmark.
"Can't wait to boomerang back," she said on another.
