Pablo Escobar's brother has written to Netflix to demand it gives him a share of the profits from the television series Narcos, warning his brother "would not have liked" it.
Roberto Escobar, 69, was the accountant for his brother, who was killed by police in 1993.
He dealt with theUS$30 billion ($41.2b) empire built by the cocaine baron and spent a decade in prison.
Escobar has trademarked the family name, written a book and built a business showing tourists around the Colombian town of Medellin, where the drugs cartel was based.

"I hope you are not profiting from my show and if you are I ask you to share some profits with us," he wrote, noting the brand name has been registered in California.
"My brother would not have liked season one. Maybe he will enjoy season two if you respond to me and we solve these issues."
Netflix spokesman said they did not comment on ongoing legal matters.
