Kylie Jenner has been sued by a second housekeeper, who alleged she was subjected to racial harassment, racial discrimination and poor working conditions during her employment.

The 28-year-old make-up mogul was hit by a lawsuit from Angelica Hernandez Vasquez last month, which alleged harassment, discrimination and labour violations, and just weeks later, she has been the subject of similar action fron Juana Delgado Soto.

According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Juana - who began working as a part-time housekeeper for Kylie around May 2019 before accepting a full-time position three months later - alleged The Kardashians star and other defendants had “failed to provide adequate staffing, assistance or reasonable working conditions despite increasing and unreasonable demands.”

Juana insisted she had voiced concerns to management or those senior to her over the years, including writing a letter to Kylie herself in April 2025 - but was allegedly threatened with termination the day after she sent the note and “instructed never to contact defendant Jenner again.”

Her lawyer wrote in court documents: “After repeated failures by management to address her concerns, plaintiff wrote a long letter to defendant Kylie Jenner detailing the harassment, discrimination and retaliation and placed it on defendant Jenner’s massage bed immediately before her massage.

“Plaintiff expressed numerous things, but most importantly, ‘I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused…’ and ‘I really apologise for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.’”

On 6 August 2025, the housekeeper allegedly sent a text message which read: “I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off. … No matter what I did, no one helped me.”

The documents added: “Plaintiff had no choice but to focus on her health and constructively discharge. Plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer severe emotional distress, anxiety and mental anguish.”

Juana is seeking an unspecified amount of punitive and compensatory damages.

Her lawyer, Della Shaker - who is also representing Angelica - told the Los Angeles Times: “I commend her for the courage to come forward and seek accountability, recognising that taking the first step is often the most difficult.”

In Angelica’s lawsuit, she told how she began working for Kylie in September 2024, initially at her Beverly Hills property before being reassigned to her residence in Hidden Hills.

Angelica claimed she was treated with “hostility and exclusion” by fellow employees and alleged she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” while working at the Hidden Hills property.

According to the filing, Angelica alleged she was “assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks” and was “excluded” and “humiliated” in front of colleagues due to “race, national origin and religion”.

The documents further state supervisors allegedly “snapped their fingers” at her and often “shouted”, while she was “falsely accused” of misconduct in a “demeaning and degrading manner”.

By March 2025, the situation allegedly escalated, with coat hangers reportedly thrown at her feet, according to the filing.

The complaint also raises concerns over pay, alleging wages – including overtime – were not fully paid and that meal and rest periods were not provided.

Angelica claimed she developed “anxiety, severe stress and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” before taking medical leave in July 2025.

She resigned the following month, citing “ongoing harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful working conditions”.

Kylie has yet to comment, but the women’s lawyer has vowed to pursue the matter “aggressively” through the courts.

Della said in a statement: “Our clients have come forward with serious allegations involving employment and labour law violations.

“No one should have to choose between their paycheque and their dignity. We will continue pursuing this matter aggressively through the proper legal process, and we remain committed to protecting our clients every step of the way.”
