"I've always tried so hard to make the industry hate us and now we're No. 1 - I guess I even failed at that," Scott said.
"It's definately an honour, but I don't really care too much about the number considering last month One Direction were top of the charts. I just hope we've made something that resonates with people.
"Nothing's changed. Wake up. Make music. Back to life."
