Kiwi actor Jemaine Clement joked he worked hard to get into shape for the upcoming film, The BFG.
Clement revealed on Twitter that he had to "had to put on a lot of height" for his role in the film, which features a mix of live-action and 3D animation.
The Flight of the Conchords star plays the role of evil giant Fleshlumpeater alongside funnyman Bill Hader, who plays Bloodbottler.
As for the BFG himself, he has finally shown his face in a new trailer released today.
Actor Mark Rylance takes on the role of the BFG in the upcoming Disney film, based on Roald Dahl's classic story about a big friendly giant.
Rylance picked up an Oscar earlier this year for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Bridge of Spies, directed by Steven Spielberg, who is now bringing The BFG to the big screen with his adaptation of the book.
In the trailer we see young orphan Sophie, played by Ruby Barnhill, get snatched up by the BFG and taken to the world of the giants because he "hears [her] lonely heart".
Together Sophie and the BFG have overcome a group of bigger badder giants, lead by Hader and Clement.
The BFG is set for release in New Zealand July 7.
