Ingredients
| 1 tsp | Sesame oil |
| 1 | Red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 | Celery stick, thinly sliced |
| 2 | Bok choy, sliced |
| 1 | Carrot, cut into julienne strips |
| 9 | Snow peas, trimmed |
| 2 tsp | Fresh ginger, grated |
| 2 tsp | Cornflour, blended with 1/2 cup water |
| 1 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 | Red chilli, thinly sliced |
| 425 g | John West Chunk Style Tuna - Olive Oil Blend, drained |
Directions
Heat Sesame Oil in a wok, add Onion, Celery, Bok Choy, Carrot, Snow Peas and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add Ginger, blended Cornflour and Soy Sauce and cook for 1 minute.
Gently stir in drained John West Tuna, Chilli and heat through.
TIP: Add extra water
