Directions
Tex Mex Crumbed Burgers
Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 minutes + 10 minutes refrigeration

Recipe:
1.Dip the chicken tenderloins in 1⁄4 cup of theWattie's Chipotle & Green Jalapeno Burger Sauceand then coat in the corn chips. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2.Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan assisted). Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked, turning halfway through cooking.
3.To assemble the burgers: Cut the brioche buns in half and toast if wished. Spread the bases with a generous amount ofWattie's Chipotle & Green Jalapeno Burger Sauce. Top each bun with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, sliced gherkins and chicken. Top with the bun lid.
Smoky Beef & Bacon Burgers
Serves: 4
Prep time: 15 minutes + 20 minutes refrigeration
Cook time: 20 minutes
Recipe:
1.Heat a dash of oil in a small frying pan and gently cook the finely chopped onion and garlic until soft, but not browned. Set aside to cool.
2.Mix together beef mince, cooked onion, garlic and Gregg's Smoked Paprika. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and cook the sliced red onions over a medium low heat until the onions start to soften. Add the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Continue cooking over a low heat, stirring often until the onions are soft and caramelised. This will take about 20 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
4.Preheat the grill to medium high. Brush meat patties with a little oil. Grill for 6 minutes before turning to cook the other side and grill for a further 5-6 minutes until the meat patty is cooked to your liking. Place the bacon rashers under the grill. Keep the burger patties warm while preparing the buns.
5. Cut brioche buns in half horizontally and brush the cut halves with a little oil. Place under the grill with the bacon. Cook until buns are toasted and bacon is cooked and crispy.
6.To assemble, spread a generous amount ofWattie's Smokey Bacon Flavoured Burger Sauceon the bases of the toasted buns. Top each bun with rocket leaves, tomato slices, burger patty, smoked cheese slice, caramelised red onions and a bacon rasher. Top with the bun lid.

Legendary Kiwi Burgers
Serves: 4
Prep time: 15 minutes + 20 minutes refrigeration
Cook time: 20 minutes
Recipe:
1.Heat a dash of oil in a small frying pan and gently cook the finely chopped onion until soft. Set aside to cool.
2.Mix together beef mince, cooked chopped onion and wholegrain mustard. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties, place on a tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3.Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and cook the sliced onions over a medium low heat until the onions are soft and golden. This will take 10-15 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
4.Brush meat patties with a little oil. Cook on a preheated BBQ, in a frying pan, or under the grill. Cook for 6 minutes before turning to cook the other side for a further 5-6 minutes. Allow to rest while preparing the buns.
5.Brush the cut hamburger buns with a little oil. BBQ to toast or place under a preheated grill.
6. Fry the eggs in a pan with a little oil.
7.To assemble spread the buns with a generous amount ofWattie's Classic Burger Sauce. Top with a lettuce leaf, cheese slice (if wished), Wattie's Sliced Beetroot, sliced tomatoes, meat patty, fried onions and fried egg. Add some cracked pepper and top with the bun lid.
