2 | brussels sprouts, halved |
1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
1 cup | cooked quinoa |
1 bag | Taylor Farms Sesame Chilli Stir Fry Kit |
2 Tbsp | Pumpkin seeds |

Heat oven to 230C
Toss kumara and brussels sprouts in olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes or until desired level of crispy.
Heat cooked quinoa and portion into 4 bowls.
