Ingredients
⅔ cup | Penne pasta |
95 g | John West Salmon Tempters - Onion & Tomato |
4 | Kalamata olives, pitted |
1 tsp | Capers |
1 squeeze | Lemon juice |
4 | Fresh basil leaves, for garnish |
Directions
Cook Pasta in boiling water following packet directions.
Drain cooked Pasta and return to hot saucepan. Gently stir through John West Salmon Tempters, Olives, Capers and a squeeze of Lemon Juice and heat for 1 minute. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh Basil Leaves.
TIP: Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan Cheese.
