English muffins can be used instead of the mini pitas if you prefer, they work just as well.
Ingredients

| ⅓ cup | Pizza sauce |
| 1 cup | Red capsicum, Roasted and chopped |
| 130 g | John West No Drain Tuna - Olive Oil, flaked (Main) |
| ⅔ cup | Tasty cheese, shredded (Main) |
| ¼ cup | Fresh basil leaves, for garnish |
Directions
- Spread pita breads evenly with pizza sauce and top with roasted red capsicum.
- Divide John West Tuna between each base and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
- Serve garnished with basil leaves.
