Ingredients
100 g | Beef, sliced |
150 g | Rice |
80 g | Onions, sliced |
2 tsp | Ginger, minced |
1 Tbsp | Mirin |
150 ml | Water |
Marinade
1 ½ Tbsp | Oyster sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium |
1 tsp | Soy sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark |
1 tsp | Black sesame oil, Lee Kum Kee Pure |
60 ml | Water |

Directions
- Rinse rice with water and transfer to a rice cooker. Add water and minced ginger, mix well. Cover with lid until rice is cooked.
- Combine all marinade ingredients in small bowl and whisk together.
- Sauté onion until soft, add Mirin until hot. Add marinade sauces and mix well.
- Blanch the sliced beef in a pot of boiling water. Drain beef, heat marinade sauce and then pour over, making sure beef is well covered. Serve on rice.
