Ingredients 100 g Beef, sliced 150 g Rice 80 g Onions, sliced 2 tsp Ginger, minced 1 Tbsp Mirin 150 ml Water
Marinade 1 ½ Tbsp Oyster sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium 1 tsp Soy sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark 1 tsp Black sesame oil, Lee Kum Kee Pure 60 ml Water
Directions Rinse rice with water and transfer to a rice cooker. Add water and minced ginger, mix well. Cover with lid until rice is cooked. Combine all marinade ingredients in small bowl and whisk together. Sauté onion until soft, add Mirin until hot. Add marinade sauces and mix well. Blanch the sliced beef in a pot of boiling water.
