Ingredients
| ½ tsp | Chilli powder |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Cumin |
| 2 large | Snapper fillets |
| 1 Tbsp | Avocado oil |
| 1 bag | Taylor Farms Avocado Ranch chopped Salad Kit |
| 1 | Avocado, sliced |
| 6 | Flour Tortillas |
| 1 | Fresh Lime, To Serve |
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together the chilli powder, salt and cumin. Place Snapper filets on a plate and sprinkle with dry seasoning.
Heat avocado oil in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add filets and cook for 2-3 minute per side or until fish is full
