Ingredients
| 2 cups | Green beans, trimmed |
| ½ | Diced red onion |
| 2 Tbsp | Basil |
| 2 Tbsp | Dill |
| 2 Tbsp | Parsley |
| 1 dash | Paul Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard, to taste |
Directions
- Blanch green beans.
- Finely dice half a red onion and mix finely chopped basil, dill and parsley
- Drain beans and refresh then toss with the onion and herb mixture and Paul Newman's Light Honey Mustard Dressing to taste.
