Ingredients
1 kg | potatoes, peeled and cubed |
5 | Garlic cloves, peeled |
100 ml | Skim milk |
2 Tbsp | Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 packet | Basil, chopped, reserving a few leaves to serve |
Directions
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender.
- Drain, return to the pan and steam dry for 1 min.
- Mash with the milk, Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil and basil.
- Season and serve, scattered with a few basil leaves.
