Ingredients
| 1 packet | Silver Fern Farms Flat Iron Steaks |
| ½ tsp | Sea salt |
| 2 cups | Broccoli |
| ½ tsp | Fine salt |
| 2 | Kiwifruit, cut in half and quaters |
| 2 | Spring onions, thinly sliced |
| ½ cup | Capsicums, thinly sliced |
| ¼ cup | Coriander leaves, finely chopped |
Vinaigrette
| 2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | Sesame oil |
| 1 Tbsp | Rice bran oil |
| 2 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Garlic clove, crushed |
| 1 Tbsp | Ginger, grated |
Directions
Toss the steaks in olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat a frypan or barbecue and cook the steaks for 3 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate, cover and rest for 5 minutes.
