Enjoy this fresh apple salad using Paul Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard

Ingredients

½ cup	Savoy cabbages, finely shredded
½ cup	Purple cabbage, shredded
4	Radishes, trimmed and finely sliced
2	Apples, Cored and sliced pink lady or similar
1 handful	Baby spinach
½ cup	Jarlsberg cheese, thinly shaved
1 drizzle	Paul Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard

Directions

1. Mix ingredients and dress with Paul Newman’s Own Light Honey Mustard and serve with a few crumbly oatcakes or fresh bread.
