| ½ | Lemon zest, Finely grated, Small lemon |
| 95 g | John West Salmon Tempters - Citrus & Herbs, Drained and oil reserved (Main) |
| 12 | Bagel crisps |
| 2 | Dill leaves, for garnish |
| 1 Tbsp | Lemon infused oil, for serving |

Directions
- Combine Cream Cheese, Lemon Zest and reserved Oil. Spread over each Bagel Crisp.
- Top with John West Salmon and garnish will dill. drizzle over lemon oil and serve immediately.
