Need a moreish healthy snack? Then try this creamy and chunky guacamole, delicious served with blue corn chips, garlic pitas, tacos and in burritos. (Basically, it makes everything yummier.)
Ingredients
| 4 | New Zealand Avocados, scooped and diced (Main) | 
| ¼ | Red onions, finely diced | 
| 2 | Garlic cloves, minced | 
| 2 | Beekist Heirloom Tomatoes, diced (Main) | 
| 1 | Avocado and Lime Slices, juice only | 
| ⅓ cup | Superb Herb coriander, leaves and stems roughly chopped (Main) | 
| ½ tsp | Mrs Rogers Ground Cumin | 
| 1 pinch | Sea salt and black pepper | 
| 1 | Green chilli, sliced (Main) | 
| ½ tsp | Airborne liquid honey | 
Directions
- Place all guacamole ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork and season to taste.
- Serve with blue corn chips.
