Ingredients
1 bag | Taylor Farm Buffalo Ranch Chopped Kit |
½ cup | Chia seeds, or Hemp seeds |
½ cup | Almond meal |
½ tsp | Salt |
1 pinch | Cayenne pepper |
500 g | Boneless skinless chicken breasts, Slice into 10cm thick strips |
2 large | Eggs, Whisked |
1 tsp | Cooking spray or Olive Oil |
Directions
Heat oven to 20C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Whisk together hemp or Chia seeds, almond meal, salt, pepper and cayenne in a bowl until evenly combined.
Dip each chicken strip in whisked egg and shake to let extra egg drip off. Add chicken to seeds
