Lee Kum Kee brings you a delicious, quick and easy Asian Pan – Fried chicken recipe made from the rich fusion of oyster and soy sauce flavours.
Ingredients
500 g | Chicken, sliced |
2 Tbsp | Cooking oil |
1 | Onion, sliced |
1 | Green capsicum, sliced |
1 | Red capsicum, sliced |
6 | Mushrooms, sliced |
Marinade
3 Tbsp | Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce |
3 Tbsp | Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce |
1 Tbsp | Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil |
2 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
1 pinch | Black pepper |
Directions
Method
- In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix together marinade ingredients. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on a moderate heat, add vegetables and stir-fry until almost done. Remove and set aside. Heat remaining oil, add chicken and stir-fry until done.
- Add vegetables back in, stir through and serve immediately with freshly steamed rice.
