Ingredients
| 4 | Boneless chicken thighs (Main) |
| 2 Tbsp | Za'atar (Main) |
| 1 to drizzle | Olive oil |
| 4 handfuls | Salad greens |
| 2 | Avocados |
| ½ bunche | Grapes |
| 3 sprigs | Fresh mint |
| 1 to drizzle | Plain unsweetened yoghurt |
Directions
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with the za'atar and drizzle with olive oil. Mix with your hands and leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
- Cook on a hot grill, turning occasionally.
- Make the salad by arranging the greens, pieces of avocado, grapes, mint leaves and chicken. Drizzle with yoghurt and olive oil.
