Sometimes you do just want a sandwich but you want it to taste good and be good for you. Here it is.
|¼ cup||Lime juice, or lemon juice|
|3 Tbsp||Sweet chilli sauce|
|2 Tbsp||Fish sauce|
|1||Garlic clove, finely chopped|
|1||Red chilli, finely chopped|

- To make the Vietnamese dressing, combine all the ingredients together and mix until the sweet chilli sauce dissolves.
- Between two slices of bread (I used Freya's lower carb) pile a layer of rare beef, shredded carrot, sliced cucumber
and coriander and mint leaves.
- Give it all a good drizzle of dressing.
