Use this basic recipe of pulled beef and make these lean, healthy and oh-so-tasty tortillas.
|1||Apple, cut into thin matchsticks|
|3 cups||Cabbages, finely shredded|
|½ cup||Fresh coriander, chopped|
|2||Limes, juice of|
|1 Tbsp||Greek yoghurt, or sour cream, to serve|
|6 servings||Beef, use pulled chipotle beef (recipe link above)|

- To make the slaw, combine the apple, cabbage, coriander and lime juice.
- To serve, place some pulled beef, slaw and a dollop of yoghurt/sour cream on each warmed tortilla, roll up and eat.
