These sweet and salty chilli-spiked nut clusters are versatile snacks. Package them into jars and serve them as a picnic or party nibble. They would also make a great gift.
|400 g||Mixed nuts, raw cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, peanuts (Main)|
|1 tsp||Chilli powder (Main)|
|3 Tbsp||Runny honey|
|1 sprinkle||Sea salt flakes|

- Preheat oven to 175C. Toss raw nuts with chilli powder and freshly ground pepper. Add runny honey, mix together well, spread on to a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in the oven until caramelised. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and leave to cool.
- Break into clusters and store in airtight jars.
