I wanted to make a 'healthy' treat and the Be Natural Coco-Nutty Granola (which we enjoy for breakfast with coconut water) provided lots of crunchy goodness and flavour for what otherwise would be a very simple slice.
|100 g||Butter, at room temperature|
|½ cup||Coconut sugar|
|1 ½ tsp||Vanilla extract|
|1 tsp||Baking powder|
|1 cup||Granola, we used Be Natural Coco-Nutty Coconut, Spelt & Fig Granola (Main)|
|½ cup||Desiccated coconut|
|100 g||Dark chocolate, chopped|

- Grease and line a 20 x 20cm square baking tin.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Sift in flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add Be Natural Coco-Nutty Granola, coconut and chocolate and mix just to combine all ingredients.
- Press in to prepared tin and bake for 30 minutesor until a skewer inserted in to the centre comes out clean.
