As the fight to take down one of the worlds biggest torrent tracker sites continues, ThePiratebay has again switched domain names, moving from ThePiratebay.ac domain to ThePiratebay.pe, and in the process has dropped some tantalising hints that they're going to launch a new system that will render domain names 'irrelevant'.
