Victoria Park Markets sold for $14.1 million

Auckland property developer David Henderson has paid $14.1 million for the historic Victoria Park Markets.

Announcing the sale, Kevin Podmore, managing director of Wellington investment bank St Laurence, said the sale price of $14.1 million compared well with the independent valuation of $11.85 million for Victoria Park Market in March 2003.
