Red Bull guards turf

Red Bull has stymied copycat energy drink Livewire's attempt to enter the New Zealand market with a threat of legal action.

Livewire, manufactured by Sydneywide Distributors, was sued by Red Bull in Australia last year. The company then apparently tried to sell Livewire in New Zealand, but Red Bull threatened to sue again.
