Software developer MYOB has booked an 18 per cent lift in half-year net profit and announced two capital management initiatives, including a share purchase plan, after its merger with Solution 6.
MYOB increased half year net earnings to A$5.01 million ($5.5 million) from A$4.23 million in the previous corresponding period.
Chief operating officer Matthew Critchley said the New Zealand business had grown exceptionally well.
